and late check out (4:00 p.m.) for weekend rentals is permitted whenever
possible.
*** 2% Surcharge if paying by
Credit Card.
Payment:

500$/week deposit at time of booking is required, this also
serves as a security deposit.

Full payment should be
received 1 month before arrival.

Deposit will be refunded after the cottage is vacated and
inspected for damages.
Cancellation Policy:
-
In case of cancellation, all
monies will be refunded less 100$/week cancellation fees, if cancelled 2 months
before arrival.

If cancelled less than 2
months before arrival date, all monies will be refunded less 400$/week
cancellation fees.

If cancelled less than 1 month
before arrival date, all monies will be refunded less 500$/week cancellation
fees.
Limitations:
-
This cottage rents from
Saturday to Saturday.

Maximum occupancy: 9

No pets please

No smoking
-
Linens and towels not
supplied

Noise restriction in effect after 11:00 p.m.
Renter’s Obligations:
The Renters shall keep the cottage and all
furniture, fixtures, chattels, fittings and effects in or about the
cottage in the same state of repair and condition as the commencement of
the Holiday, and shall leave the cottage in a clean and good order in
which it was found.

season if the cottage is not in use.)
All requests are subject to final
approval by the cottage owners. If declined the 500$ deposit will be refunded.
